   New energy efficient lighting

We have now added energy efficient versions of our festoon lighting and small floodlights. These offer a number of useful benefits over the traditional filament lamp models:

• One fifth of the energy consumption for a drastically lower carbon footprint.
• Reduced current requirement allows very long cable runs without voltage drop problems
• Much lower generator capacity required
• Low temperature operation allows use in close proximity to heat sensitive surfaces, eg. tent fabric.

All of our other floodlights are already energy efficient, and always have been!
